Over time we accumulate unresolved feelings like anger, fear, shame, guilt or sadness, and those emotions quietly shape our life through our thoughts, behaviors, and actions. These feelings, beliefs and old stories are all stored in the Subconscious Mind.

We take a detailed personal history around the area of life you want to change.
Using Neurolinguistics Programming (NLP) questioning and pattern recognition, we uncover the root of the limiting beliefs, emotional conditioning, and internal conflicts that have been shaping your decisions and holding back your results.
Often what looks like procrastination, burnout, or lack of motivation is actually an old belief or unresolved emotional pattern running in the background.
Examples of limiting beliefs might include:
Physical Health: “I’m not a gym person.”
Career: “I’m not good with money.”
Relationships: “I don’t trust men.”
Self-Worth: “I’m not good enough.”
Purpose: “I’m already too far behind.”
We will also identify internal conflicts, where two parts of you want different things.
