The “No-BS” Guide to Hypnosis

  • You are in full control and aware of everything happening the entire time. You cannot be "made" to do anything that goes against your core values or willpower. Think of it as being the driver of the car, while I’m just the GPS.

  • It’s different for everyone, but most describe it as a deep state of focused relaxation, similar to daydreaming or being "in the zone" while watching a movie. You’ll likely feel light, peaceful, and incredibly calm.

  • Yes! If you can daydream or get lost in a good book, you can be hypnotized. It’s a natural human state we drift into multiple times a day (like when you miss your exit on the highway because you were "zoned out").

  • While some notice a shift after one session, long-term habit changes usually take 3 to 6 sessions to fully "stick" in the subconscious. These packages are designed to provide the consistency needed for permanent results.

  • Nope. Stage hypnosis is for entertainment. Clinical hypnosis is for transformation. We are working on your specific goals — like crushing your workouts or healing your relationship with food — not performing for a crowd.

  • It is physically impossible to get stuck. If we were on a Zoom call session and the Wi-Fi cut out, you would either simply open your eyes or drift into a short, natural nap and wake up feeling refreshed.
