Subconscious Breakthrough Breakdown
1 day 6-8 hour session
You can’t create a new reality while unconsciously operating in the old one.

We take a detailed personal history around the area of life you want to change.
Using Neurolinguistics Programming (NLP) questioning and pattern recognition, we uncover the root of the limiting beliefs, emotional conditioning, and internal conflicts that have been shaping your decisions and holding back your results.
Often what looks like procrastination, burnout, or lack of motivation is actually an old belief or unresolved emotional pattern running in the background.
Examples of limiting beliefs might include:
Physical Health: “I’m not a gym person.”
Career: “I’m not good with money.”
Relationships: “I don’t trust men.”
Self-Worth: “I’m not good enough.”
Purpose: “I’m already too far behind.”
We will also identify internal conflicts, where two parts of you want different things.
For example:
One part of you wants to be healthy and confident, while another part wants comfort and rest after a stressful day.
One part wants to grow your career, while another part fears failure or instability.
One part wants a deep connection, while another part is afraid of getting hurt.
When these parts are pulling in opposite directions, it creates the exhausting start-stop cycle many people experience. When the conflict is resolved, you will be able to move forward a united, internally supported front.
