Before moving into personalized strength training, every client begins with a 6–8 hour Subconscious Breakthrough Session.
Together, we work with the whole woman —not just the physical body, but the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects that shape your relationship with yourself, your body, and your life.
During the Subconscious Breakthrough, we uncover the subconscious patterns, beliefs, and stories that have been influencing your relationship with consistency, confidence, and self-care.
By creating a clear and solid foundation first, the physical work becomes a powerful tool for lasting transformation.
Rather than relying on restriction, control, or willpower, we create new beliefs, habits, and behaviors that allow aligned action to become more natural and sustainable.
Movement, nourishing your body, cultivating healthy relationships, and creating supportive environments become less about forcing yourself to change—and more about embodying the woman you are becoming.
