Let’s jump right in.

As so many transformational stories start, in the beginning of 2023 I went through what felt like an earth-shattering breakup. We were engaged, had bought a house together and then it all fell apart. I couldn’t eat, couldn’t sleep, and felt completely knocked off my feet.

Looking back now — I got what I asked for.

I wanted strength, sovereignty, and a bigger life, and I was given opportunities to fight, forge, and grow into the version of me who could actually hold it.

As the saying goes, “If you ask God to win a marathon, you’ll be sent a pair of shoes, not a medal.”

That heartbreak catapulted me onto a completely new path and I alchemized the hell out of that pain and sadness.

Over the next few years I traveled to Greece and Bali, hosted a retreat with 11 incredible people, and eventually packed up my life to live abroad between Bali and Spain while attempting to rebrand my Health & Fitness business.

Turns out trying to rebuild your life while living out of a suitcase isn’t the easiest thing in the world. 

I came home with debt, uncertainty, and a lot of questions about who I was becoming.

And that’s when things really started to change . . .

My Background

When I was 18 I dropped out of college after one term. I had originally planned to study psychology, but somewhere along the way I had labeled myself as “not book smart.”

So I took a different path.

I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer in 2017, completed my Yoga Teacher Training in 2018, and continued studying strength training through StrongFirst with kettlebells and barbells.

For nearly a decade I worked with the physical body, helping people build strength, confidence, and resilience in the gym.

Over time I noticed that our physical state is a direct reflection of our mental state. One is a natural byproduct of the other.

Most people don’t struggle because they don’t know what to do. You know you should workout, eat well, rest, stop doom scrolling, but there’s an internal struggle. Something deeper is getting in the way.

Old beliefs. Emotional patterns & cycles. Staying in perceived comfort zones. Subconscious programming running quietly in the background.

As everything first starts in the mind, I wanted to go straight to the source. For my work to go beyond the physical body and help people transform mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Discovering Subconscious Work

In the summer of 2024 when I met my now dear friend Lisset King, who introduced me to a level of mindset work that truly felt like magic… because it is.

(I’m an Aquarius sun with a Virgo moon and rising so, I love me some mystic woo woo, but I’m also like, show me the research.)

The results with this work are immediate, consistent and proven — time and time again.

It bridges science & spirituality, research & intuition.

By November 2025 I completed over 200 hours of training and became a Master Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Mental & Emotional Release ® (MER), and Hypnosis through the Association of Integrated Psychology.

During the training we learned how to guide people through Subconscious Breakthroughs — a structured process that uncovers limiting beliefs, clears negative emotions tied to past experiences, and rewires the patterns running our lives behind the scenes.

And we didn’t just learn it — we experienced it ourselves.

My first breakthrough focused on my career and uncovered old beliefs of not being “smart enough” or “good enough.”

After clearing them, I was able to see my strengths clearly, recognize my blind spots, and take action without the constant internal self doubt.

It changed everything.

A few months later I did another breakthrough around relationships that completely shifted how I see myself and my worth.

What I Believe Now

For years I searched for answers and validation outside of myself.

Astrology, manifestation, therapy, plant medicine, travel, personal development books, spiritual practices — you name it. I’ve probably explored it. And I still love many of those tools & practices today.

Two of the biggest lessons I’ve learned:

Your external world will always mirror your internal world.

The stories we repeat to ourselves — I’m not good enough. I’m stuck. I’m an imposter. — eventually become the reality we live inside of.

And, no matter where you go — there you are.

Trying to fix your life by altering external things alone — your job, partner, body, or environment — without addressing what’s going on internally first will only cause the same patterns to repeat with different people, at a different job, in a different city.

We start by change the story. Not just through positive thinking, but through rewiring the patterns that created the story in the first place.

And then take aligned action.

Because action beats anxiety every time.

Why You Might Be Here

Maybe you feel like you know what you should do… but you’re still not doing it.

You read the books and listen to podcasts. You go to therapy, journal, reflect, and try to stay positive. And yet certain patterns keep showing up.

You procrastinate on the things that matter most. You doubt yourself even when a part of you knows you’re capable. You overthink decisions, replay conversations, or take things more personally than you’d like.

Maybe you’ve labeled yourself along the way:

  • “I have imposter syndrome.”

  • “I’m just an anxious person.”

  • “I’m an anxious attachment style.”

  • “I’m bad with money.”

  • “I’m not disciplined enough.”

At some point those labels start to evolve into identity. But most of the time they’re just old programs your mind learned at some point in the past. Programs that once served a purpose, but now hold you back.

You don’t lack motivation, intelligence, or discipline. You lack direction, safety and a clear path. When the Subconscious Blocks are uncovered and released, things that once felt difficult will start to flow.

Confidence becomes natural. Decisions become clearer. Taking action becomes consistent.

That’s where this work comes in.

Why I Do This Work

You absolutely can achieve your goals without Hypnosis or Subconscious Work. You can also walk to where you’re going or you can drive. Both will get you there. One will get you there much faster.

Subconscious work helps you release the emotional baggage, limiting beliefs, and mental patterns that have kept you stuck in the same loops. So you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and real momentum.

Your growth is inevitable — but how fast you evolve is up to you.

Every challenge, every heartbreak, every “stuck” moment is life giving you an opportunity to get stronger, wiser, and more aligned.

We must go to the source — your subconscious mind. Changing from the inside out. When you do, confidence and motivation stop being goals and start being the natural way you move through life.
