In-Person 1:1 Strength Training

Best for mastering kettlebells & barbell training. Get that extra kick of accountability and peace of mind that comes with eyes on your form. Focus on your goals with 1-on-1 attention and a program built for your needs & goals.
Pricing based on frequency of training 1-2 per week.

24 sessions for 12 weeks = $2,160 ($90 per session)
12 sessions for 6 weeks = $1,140 ($95 per session)
8 sessions for 4 weeks = $800 ($100 per session)
4 sessions for 2 weeks = $440 ($110 per session)

One time training single sessions $120 per 50 minutes.
